2023 WIN Conference

2023 Exhibit Hall Hours

Thursday, April 20, 1pm – 5pm
Friday, April 21, 8am – 5pm
Saturday, April 22, 8am – 12pm

Exhibitor setup: Thursday, April 20, 10am – 1pm
Exhibitor teardown: Saturday, April 22, beginning at 12pm

Hours subject to change prior to January 2023.

Exhibit reservations include: One all-access exhibitor pass, pipe and drape booth, skirted table, two chairs, and booth signage. Once WIN receives your reservation, you will receive additional instructions for registering your exhibitor for the conference. Conference registration will open in December 2022. The primary exhibitor has access to all conference sessions. Tickets to the Awards Lunch are available for an additional fee. 

WIN Member Organizations receive complimentary booths in the exhibit hall. Member organizations should complete the Member Organization Reservation Form. Once the form is completed, WIN will be in touch with additional information about registering the primary exhibitor.

WIN will accept exhibit reservations through Friday, March 10, unless we reach capacity before that date.

WIN has contracted with Arizona Cine Equipment for the 2023 exhibit hall. Exhibitor service kits will be sent from Arizona Cine Equipment to all exhibitors during the week of March 8.
