2022 Exhibit Hall Hours
Thursday, April 7, 1pm – 5pm
Friday, April 8, 8am – 5pm
Saturday, April 9, 8am – 12pm
Exhibitor setup: Thursday, April 7, 11am – 1pm
Exhibitor teardown: Saturday, April 9, beginning at 12pm
Hours subject to change prior to January 2022.
Exhibit reservations include: One all-access exhibitor pass, pipe and drape booth, skirted table, two chairs, and booth signage. Once WIN receives your reservation, you will receive additional instructions for registering your exhibitor for the conference. The primary exhibitor has access to all conference sessions, not including lunches. Lunches may be added to exhibitor registration for a fee.
WIN will accept exhibit reservations through Friday, March 4, unless we reach capacity before that date.
WIN Member Organizations receive complimentary booths in the exhibit hall. Members should complete the reservation form and select the complimentary payment option.
