The 2026 WIN Conference will be held at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel from April 21-24.

WIN has secured a group rate of $289 for a single king or double room ($309 triple occupancy / $329 quadruple occupancy). Rates do not include taxes or fees. The cut-off date to reserve a room in WIN's room block is March 30. Rooms are subject to availability. 

To support WIN and its financial obligation to the Hilton, the hotel reservation link will be included on the receipt of your conference registration. Group bookings should first contact the WIN office: win@ohsu.edu 

Rooms should only be booked through the hotel reservation link (Passkey) found on your conference registration receipt. The Hilton San Francisco Union Square and other travel partners do not contact attendees to make reservations.
