The 2026 WIN Conference will be held at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel in San Francisco, California from April 21-24.

WIN has secured a group rate of $289.00 for a single king or double room and $309.00 triple / $329.00 quad room. Rates do not include taxes or fees. The cut-off date to secure a room in WIN's room block is March 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Rooms are subject to availability. 

To support WIN and its financial obligation to the Hilton, the hotel booking link will be provided on receipt of all conference registrations once registration opens in early December 2025. This booking method reinforces efforts to avoid a costly and sudden drop off in reservations towards the end of the room block booking window, ensuring a commitment to maintaining future low rates. Thank you for your understanding. 

Rooms should be booked only through the Passkey link found on your conference registration receipt. Registration will open in December. The Hilton San Francisco Union Square and other travel partners do not contact attendees to make reservations.
