WIN News,

Call for Applications:
Disability Inclusion in Nursing Grants Program

The Josiah Macy Jr. Foundation is pleased to invite applications for our new grants program Disability Inclusion in Nursing: A Grants Program to Advance Innovation and Systems Approaches for Nursing Education and Practice. Support for this grants program was provided in part by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation

We’re seeking to fund projects — ideally centered in the clinical learning environment — that dismantle ableism in nursing education and practice. Priority will be given to projects that are co-created with learners and people with disabilities. The goal is to create lasting institutional change and provide innovative models and exemplars for other institutions to use as guidance to ensure inclusive and equitable learning and working environments in nursing.

Selected projects will be funded for three years with annual costs up to $75K.

The deadline for applications is September 3, 2024.
