The University of Arizona seeks candidates for three positions:

Director, PhD Program

Provide program leadership to ensure recruitment, selection, progression, retention, and graduation of student scholars enrolled in the PhD in Nursing degree program; Collaborate with College faculty to maintain and grow program excellence; Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and productive environment between the students, department, college, and the University; Collaborates with faculty and staff to complete academic program evaluations and academic program revisions, as appropriate; Maintains an active, externally funded program of research. 

Chair, Advanced Nursing Practice and Science

As the Department Chair, you play a pivotal role in advancing the department's mission and vision. We are seeking an accomplished and creative leader and researcher who can build upon the existing foundations of excellence within the department and drive advancements in both research and educational initiatives. Key aspects of this role include conducting a robust program of extramurally funded research, mentoring diverse faculty and staff to foster their professional growth, and ensuring a supportive and collaborative environment. You will oversee the department's budget, resources, and academic programs.

Vice Chair and DNP Director

The Vice Chair/DNP Director will provide leadership, direction, coordination, and supervision for the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program in the the Advanced Nursing Practice and Science Division. The Vice Chair will provide strategic input, operational oversight, and organizational leadership in collaboration with the Chair of the ANPS division. This position will report to the Dean of the College of Nursing.
