The 2027 WIN Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside Hotel from April 6-9.

WIN has secured a group rate of $219.00 for a single king or double room. Rates do not include taxes or fees. You must reserve your room in WIN's room block by Monday, March 15, 2027 to receive the group rate. Rooms are subject to availability. 

To support WIN and its financial obligation to the Hyatt, the hotel reservation link will be included on the receipt of your conference registration. Registration opens December 2026. Group bookings should first contact the WIN office: win@ohsu.edu 

Rooms should only be booked through the hotel reservation link found on your conference registration receipt. The Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside and other travel partners do not contact attendees to make reservations.
