Diamond Anniversary Sponsor – $20,000
-Diamond Anniversary Sponsors’ logos will be included on conference signage, the WIN website, and the digital program cover;
-A representative from each Diamond Sponsor institution is invited to the stage during the opening session of the conference and at the beginning of the Anniversary Reception;
-Diamond Sponsors receive four complimentary conference registrations;
-Diamond Sponsors receive a complimentary booth in the conference exhibit hall;
-Diamond Sponsors receive a banner ad on the conference mobile app and a full page ad in the digital conference program;
-Diamond Sponsors are invited to display signage next to the conference registration desk or additional booth/table next to the registration desk;
-Diamond Sponsors will be recognized in emails to members and from the podium during the opening session of the conference;
-Diamond Sponsors are entitled to one email sent to WIN attendees with your text and logo included;
-Diamond Sponsors are entitled to one push notification to be sent through the conference mobile app;
-Diamond Sponsors have the option to reserve one table at the Anniversary Reception (up to 10 seats);
-Diamond Sponsors are invited to provide branded cocktail napkins for the Anniversary Reception.

Presenting Sponsor – $10,000
-Presenting Sponsors’ logos will be included on conference signage, the WIN website, the digital program cover;

Complimentary registration and exhibit booth are not included with this sponsorship.
WiFi Sponsor – $7,500
-WiFi Sponsors receive one complimentary conference registration;
-WiFi Sponsors receive a complimentary booth in the conference exhibit hall;
-WiFi Sponsors are invited to display signage next to the conference registration desk;-
-WiFi Sponsors' logos will be included on the Exhibitors & Sponsors page in the Digital Program acknowledging sponsorship, if reserving a booth;
-WiFi Sponsors will be recognized in emails to members and from the podium during the opening session of the conference;
-WiFi Sponsors' logos will appear on WiFi sign-in landing page or through WIN signage (TBD with AV company);
-WiFi Sponsors’ logos will be included on the WIN website.
Anniversary Celebration Photo Booth Sponsor – $5,000
-Anniversary Celebration Photo Booth Sponsors receive one complimentary conference registration;
-Anniversary Celebration Photo Booth Sponsors receive a complimentary booth in the conference exhibit hall;
-Anniversary Celebration Photo Booth Sponsors are invited to display signage next to the photo booth entry line;
-Anniversary Celebration Photo Booth Sponsors will be recognized in emails to members and from the stage during the 60th Anniversary Celebration;
-Anniversary Celebration Photo Booth Sponsors' logos will be included on the WIN website.
Attendees will receive digital and print photos by a professional photographer during the celebration.

Professional Headshot Photo Booth Sponsor – $5,000
-Headshot Booth Sponsors receive one complimentary conference registration;
-Headshot Booth Sponsors receive a complimentary booth in the conference exhibit hall;
-Headshot Booth logos will be included on the Exhibitors & Sponsors page in the Digital Program acknowledging sponsorship, if reserving a booth;
-Headshot Booth Sponsors will be recognized in emails to members and from the podium during the opening session of the conference;
-Headshot Booth Sponsor logos will be included on the WIN website.
Attendees will receive one digital headshot photo by a professional photographer during select exhibit hall hours.
Become a Professional Headshot Photo Booth Sponsor
"Invitation Only" Meeting Room Sponsor – $5,000
-Meeting Room Sponsors receive one meeting room on one day of the conference (Wednesday or Thursday) from 7 AM - 4 PM with a maximum capacity of 30-50 theater set;
-Meeting Room Sponsors receive one complimentary conference registration;
-Meeting Room Sponsors will be recognized in emails to members and from the podium during the opening session of the conference;
-Meeting Room Sponsor logos will be included on the WIN website.
Not included: Food & Beverage, special furniture, or standard AV package. Check with WIN staff about adding this to your sponsorship.
Become an Invitation Only Meeting Room Sponsor
Exhibit Booth – $1,500
Booth purchases must be received by Monday, March 1. Space is limited and subject to availability.
$1,500 Exhibit booth fee includes:
-One complimentary conference registration
-8x10 booth space with 8' back drape and 3' sides
-Company sign (11”x17”)
-Draped table (6'x30") and 2 chairs, wastebasket
-Invitation to the Anniversary Celebration
Registration will be open December 2026. The WIN office will follow up with instructions to register your exhibitor within one week of payment.
Advertising Opportunities
-Full page ad in the digital program – $750
-Half page ad in the digital program – $500
