2026 WIN Conference

Presenting Sponsor – $10,000
-Presenting Sponsors’ logos will be included on conference signage, the WIN website, the digital program cover, and on the save-the-date that is published in the bimonthly Nursing Research journal;
-A representative from each Presenting Sponsor institution is invited to the stage during the opening session of the conference;
-Presenting Sponsors receive two complimentary conference registrations;
-Presenting Sponsors receive a complimentary booth in the conference exhibit hall; (sold out!)
-Presenting Sponsors receive a banner ad on the conference mobile app and a full page ad in the digital conference program;
-Presenting Sponsors are invited to display signage next to the conference registration desk;
-Presenting Sponsors will be recognized in emails to members and from the podium during the opening session of the conference.
-Presenting Sponsors are entitled to one push notification to be sent through the conference mobile app. One push notification to be sent through the mobile app.
Gold Sponsor – $5,000
-Gold Sponsors receive one complimentary conference registration;
-Gold Sponsors receive a complimentary booth in the conference exhibit hall; (sold out!)
-Gold Sponsors receive a full page ad in the digital program;
-Gold Sponsors are invited to display signage next to the conference registration desk;
-Gold Sponsors will be recognized in emails to members and from the podium during the opening session of the conference;
-Gold Sponsors’ logos will be included on the WIN website.

Silver Sponsor – $2,500
-Silver Sponsors will be recognized in the digital program, from the podium during the opening session, in emails to members, and on the website;
-Silver Sponsors receive a half page ad in the digital program.

Exhibit Booth – $1,500 - SOLD OUT
Booth purchases must be received by Monday, March 16. Space is limited and subject to availability.
$1,500 Exhibit booth fee includes:
-One complimentary conference registration
-8x10 booth space with 8' back drape and 3' sides
-Company sign (11”x17”)
-Draped table (6'x30") and 2 chairs, wastebasket
-Invitation to the Welcome Reception

Advertising Opportunities
-Banner ad on the mobile app (SOLD OUT) – $1,000
-Full page ad in the digital program – $600
-Half page ad in the digital program – $400
