Instructor – Clinical Assistant Professor, Associate Dean of Student Affairs, College of Nursing 

This position plays an integral part in advancing the mission and vision of the college by supporting daily operations, strengthening internal and external communications, and helping foster a collaborative and student-centered academic environment. Working closely with college leadership, faculty, staff, and students, this role helps coordinate initiatives that contribute to the overall success and growth of the college. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing and mission-driven institution while working alongside dedicated professionals who are passionate about education, healthcare, and student achievement.

Appointment: This is a full-time, 12-month in-person faculty appointment. This position carries approximately 90% administrative release time; release time is negotiated annually with the Dean.

Reporting Structure: The Associate Dean of Student Affairs reports directly to the Dean of the Fran and Earl Ziegler College of Nursing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Master’s education in a discipline related to management of curriculum, admissions and records, student programming, education and systems.
• Preferred: Doctoral education in a discipline related to the management of curriculum, admissions and records, student programming, education and systems

 
Experience:

• • • 5 years of experience in a related area of college assignment
    • Preferred: 8 years of experience in a related area of college assignment
